Presented are a few logos, the signage on which they appear, and book design for the iconic chef Mario Batali. FH contributed on the identity for the popular Osteria Mozza and Pizzeria Mozza restaurant chain. One of the more daunting tasks was laying out Mario's 550 page cookbook Molto Italiano. Smaller but still challenging was another of his books, Mario Tailgates NASCAR.
